Having retailer experience is vital for this role and company.You will be responsible for maintaining and developing the QMS, ensuring full compliance with BRC standards and customer standards, while leading the HACCP function.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and continuously improve the QMS, ensuring it is accurate, structured and audit-readyEnsure all factory documentation aligns with QMS requirementsManage the internal audit schedule and conduct regular system audits, driving corrective actions where requiredReview and streamline QMS procedures with key stakeholders to improve efficiencyLead and present relevant sections of the QMS during external auditsOversee the HACCP system, ensuring documentation is current and compliantManage the completion and accuracy of retailer reportsYour experience:Quality Manager or Technical Service Manager or relevant role in the food industryManaged a small team in a manufacturing settingStrong knowledge of Quality Management SystemsAt least Food Safety Level 3 and HACCP Level 3This is a hands-on role requiring strong attention to detail, orga
