OverviewOur client specialises in property, office investments, hospitality, and construction. They have assets valued up to £3 billion. They are seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager on a permanent basis. The position is based at their head office in Uxbridge, West London. You will lead design on projects ranging from £10m to £50m, and manage a Design Coordinator who reports to you with the Head of Design.

Responsibilities

Lead design management on projects ranging from £10m to £50m.

Manage a Design Coordinator who reports to you and collaborate with the Head of Design.

Ensure compliance with current building regulations and industry standards.

Experience across all RIBA work stages, with a focus on Stages 3–5.

Essential experience with a Tier 1 developer or main contractor.

CIAT registered and degree qualified ideally.

SalaryBasic salary between £90k - £105k plus full package and bonus system on top.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of building regulations and compliance.
