Grounds Maintenance Supervisor Key Responsibilities: Have overall responsibility and accountability for quality produced and client satisfaction Complete the required administration General garden maintenance including mowing, strimming, hedge trimming, weeding, and pruning Operating and maintaining garden machinery and tools (e.g., mowers, trimmers, leaf blowers) Carrying out seasonal tasks such as lawn care, leaf clearing, mulching and planting. Ensuring health and safety is followed at all times Communicating effectively with clients and colleagues. Working as part of a team to complete daily schedules.
