HR Advisor Dudley (with parking on site) Manufacturing Sector Salary - Negotiable dependent on experience A rapidly expanding, family feel Manufacturing business based around Dudley are seeking a proactive, versatile and articulate HR Advisor to join their close-knit HR team on site in Dudley. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a solid background within a HR Generalist role, with specific exposure of handling high volumes of complex ER cases autonomously. Whilst leading on all complex HR matters, you will also be managing 2 other HR Assistants with their career development, coaching/mentoring alongside supporting them with more complex matters. This is a full time, permanent role which is fully office based with flexibility needed on hours of work.Day to day duties may include:Provide first class Employee relations support to the site, advising on key issues around disciplinaries, grievances and capabilityAdvising managers on best practise and coaching them on policy and ensuring they are adhering to company proceduresHR process improvement and developmentManaging the absence management policy and ensuring it is rolled out effectivelySupporting with Recruitment and workforce planningEnsuring the learning and development program for all employees is managed at all levels, working on areas for improvementActing as a business partner to the business unitThe successful HR Advisor will have a proven track record as a HR Generalist, ideally from within the manufacturing
