Their off-market platform lets landlords sell tenanted properties and portfolios discreetly, away from the big public property portals, and connects them directly with qualified investors. Through exclusive partnerships with influential organisations, they bring motivated landlords and serious buyers together quickly, securely and confidentially. They re now looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Sales Development Manager to join their growing team. The role You ll call warm leads, people who have already shown interest in the platform, and turn them into paying subscribers. At present, every conversation is with someone who has registered, enquired or engaged with the business. You ll own each conversation from first call to close. That means understanding what each investor is looking for, running live demos of the platform for landlords and investors, and signing them up. It suits someone who enjoys the phone, likes hitting targets, and wants their earnings to reflect their results.
