Our client, an established multidisciplinary engineering consultancy, is looking for a dynamic, motivational leader and proven work winner to play a key role in the growth and success of their Cambridge office.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow the structural engineering division, successfully delivering building structures projects
• Drive business development, building strong client relationships and securing new work
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing structural engineering team
• Collaborate with other disciplines to deliver integrated project solutions
• Ensure technical excellence, innovation, and compliance with industry standards

Requirements:

• Degree in structural engineering and Chartered status
• Proven experience in a leadership role
• Strong technical expertise in building structures design and delivery
• Demonstrated success in winning work and developing client relationships
• Commercial awareness, leadership ability, and excellent communication skills
• Interest in equity partnership
