Full job description We are recruiting for a HR Advisor for a leading IT service provider in Winnersh on a short term contract. This is a hybrid role. Position Summary This role combines operational HR administration with HR business partnering responsibilities, providing end-to-end support to employees and managers while ensuring efficient HR processes and compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will be a flexible, service-oriented HR professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and can effectively balance administrative tasks with strategic HR support. Key Responsibilities HR Administration Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, changes, and offboarding. Experience working with third-party benefits providers, ideally Benefex Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems (Workday), ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Prepare HR documentation, including employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and other employee-related letters. Support payroll processes by coordinating employee data changes and ensuring timely submissions. Assist with benefits administration and employee queries. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures. Generate HR reports and support audits when required.
