Our vast direct-to-store (DTS) distribution network, comprising of 17 depots nationwide, enables us to make over 10,400 daily deliveries of our own chilled and frozen produce and that of third parties.What you''ll be doingRole Purpose: We are looking for an AR Clerk to process invoices and payments, provide financial, administrative and clerical support to the Finance function in order to ensure effective and accurate financial and administrative operations. Key Accountabilities:Process day to day financial transactions within an agreed control process to enable accurate creation of financial informationProcess, allocate and monitor payments and receipts ensuring assets and liabilities are appropriately stated in a timely mannerCode, log or match source documents in a timely manner to enable efficient processing within the financial systemsCommunicate and resolve general enquiries via email or phone, escalating where appropriate, to deliver strong customer serviceReconcile transaction data to external sources to ensure accuracy and completeness of dataGenerate reports for the Finance team to allow timely decision makingCapture
