• Plan and deliver creative, engaging and high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum.

• Create a positive, safe and inclusive classroom environment.

• Support pupils'' academic, social and emotional development.

• Monitor, assess and track pupil progress, providing appropriate feedback.

• Differentiate teaching to meet the needs and abilities of all learners.

• Encourage positive behaviour, confidence and a love of learning.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and carers to support children''s development.

• Contribute to school events, activities and the wider school community.

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

• Has experience teaching in a primary school setting.

• Demonstrates excellent classroom management and organisational skills.

• Has high expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour.

• Is creative, adaptable and enthusiastic about teaching.

• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

• Works effectively as part of a team and is keen to contribute to school improvement.
