Internal Sales Representative
We are excited to be currently working on behalf of a growing and leading company in Ipswich who are looking for an Internal Sales Representative to join their successful team. The client is a highly successful leader within their industry and can boast great opportunities for career development and progression.Duties and Responsibilities:Dealing with the daily telephone, email and web enquiries and orders submitted by customersMonitor and schedule orders and stock levels, working closely with the purchasing team.Support the Business Development ManagersEnsure the system is kept up to date with conversations with customers and interactions are followed up appropriatelyManage returns and creditsEnsure customers are kept up to date with ordersPrevious Skills and Experience:A strong desire to acquire new business and nurture/develop existing customer accountsConfident and professional approach when communicating at all levels across all platforms (Verbal and Written)Excellent customer services skills with the ability to develop close relationships with both new and existing customersAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced office environmentHardworking and driven by successBenefits:Free onsite parking28 days annual leave, including bank holidaysOpportunity for career progressionRegular company eventsCompany pension scheme Due to the nature of the role and the industry in which the client is in, the successful candidate will be required to work 1 in 4 Saturdays from 9am-1pm
