Overview

The eCommerce Operations Assistant is responsible for keeping the Cycle Exchange engine running smoothly. Providing a first class service to customers receiving their orders, listing products on the website, receiving bikes into the refurb system and assisting other teams to ensure a smooth process for all. This role will contribute to our ethos of great service, deep knowledge, honesty and trust around the company. As the leading platform for buying and selling pre-owned bikes we are on our way to being one of the leading cycling retailers in the UK, this is a chance to join our growing team on this mission.Responsibilities

Order management from creation through to dispatch and after salesWorking with our industry partners, from supply to final deliveryReceiving bicycles, assisting with inspecting and reporting of conditionAssisting with product flow with our listing teamFacilitating transfers between store and warehouseStock managementWorking alongside our sales and workshop teams to optimise workflowQualifications

A general knowledge of cycling productsBasic cycling mechanical skillsStrong computer literacy across multiple applicationsExcellent attention to detail and a methodical approachA proactive attitude and ability to collaborate across teamsWork Environment

This position is primarily located at our warehouse in Kingston-Upon-Thames.The work environment is relaxed with a focus on creating a productive spaceRoles and responsibilities are flexed to the strengths of each individualOpportunities to explore different areas of the business are encouragedSome great ideas start small and contributions from all are welcomedThis position does require some physical work with packing/ unpacking bikes as well as moving around throughout the day.Trade pricing on all stock for staff
