Are you passionate about making learning exciting and meaningful? We''re looking for an enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join a friendly and supportive specialist school in Bristol. This is a fantastic chance to inspire young people with additional needs, helping them grow in confidence, independence, and happiness.

Every day is different as an SEN Teacher! You''ll design creative, engaging lessons tailored to students with Autism, ADHD, and complex learning needs. By adapting your approach to suit individual strengths and abilities, you''ll help each child achieve their best.

You''ll work closely with a dedicated team of teaching assistants, therapists, and parents, making sure every student feels valued and supported. Encouraging positive behaviour and celebrating every achievement, big or small, will be at the heart of your teaching.

What We''re Looking For

  • QTS (or equivalent) with experience supporting students with SEN.
  • A positive, patient, and adaptable teaching style.
  • The ability to think creatively and bring learning to life.
  • Strong behaviour management skills, with a focus on encouragement and de-escalation.

If you''re looking for a role where you can truly make a difference while enjoying the rewards of seeing your students shine, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
