Housing Support OfficerDuration: 3 months temporaryLocation: Berkshire Duties Include: Maximise income by managing rent accounts and assist customers with rent arrears Act as an aid for customers to sustain their tenancies Addressing the needs of each customer, assessing mental capacity, accommodation needs, and support through multi agency partners Addressing low level ASB Advice customers on tenancy management issues, including housing benefit, internal transfers and applying for council housing Conduct visits and inspections to ensure policy procedures and health and safety are being adhered to Ensuring customer records are up to date and accurate Develop and maintain support plans Maintain good relationships with all support providers, local authorities, and external agenciesExperience Required: Experience in housing management or a similar role Knowledge of housing legislation and statutory guidance Enhanced DBS required Clean driving licence and access to a roadworthy car with business insurance requiredINDHOUPay: £14.00 per hourWork Location: In ..... full job details .....
