This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering effective training strategies that support operational excellence and continuous improvement across the business.The RoleAs Training Manager, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and delivering high-quality training programmes. You will support onboarding, mentor teams, manage training demand, and ensure training aligns with regional and global standards. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and a proactive approach to improving training delivery and effectiveness.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport onboarding for new team members, including induction, training, and mentoringDevelop and implement a comprehensive training strategy and framework, including governance and standard operating proceduresCreate and maintain training materials, manuals, assessments, and documentation in line with global formatsProgramme manage training demand in line with business priorities and pipelineWork closely with stakeholders to develop deployment and mobilisation training plansDeliver computer-based and system-focused training programmesMaintain training environments, systems, and accurate training recordsMentor teams to support process development
