If so, we have an exciting permanent opportunity where you will be responsible for the delivery of management services to a property portfolio covering Croydon to Caterham.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of block property management experience, plenty of drive and determination, be numerate and literate and possess outstanding communication and people skills. A similar social housing background may also be considered. After the initial systems training, this role involves working from home 4 days per week and 1 day per week visiting 3 or 4 sites.
