Conducting comprehensive fire risk assessments on residential, commercial, and industrial properties to identify potential fire hazards.Evaluate existing fire safety measures and provide recommendations for improvements to mitigate risks.Analyse and interpret relevant fire safety regulations, codes, and standards to ensure compliance.Prepare detailed reports outlining findings, risk levels, and recommended actions.Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop fire safety strategies for new constructions or refurbishments.Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on fire safety protocols and procedures.Conduct fire safety training sessions for employees and other personnel.Stay up to date with the latest advancements, research, and best practices in fire safety.Requirements:High level fire risk assessment or fire safety qualification (e.g., CFPA, Level 4 Diploma) are highly desirable.Proven experience in conducting fire risk assessments and developing risk mitigation strategies.In-depth knowledge of fire safety regulations, codes, and standards.Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify potential fire hazards and evaluate safety measures.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.The company is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for their clients and their assets.
