Total Rewards Manager
A globalinsurance firm is seeking a Total Rewards Manager to join its central People function. This role offers broad exposure across compensation, benefits,payroll, HRIS and governance, supporting employees across multiple international regions.You''ll play a key role in delivering compliant UK and international payrolls,administering a wide range of benefits, and supporting annual reward cycles.You''ll also maintain reward processes, improve operational workflows, manage vendor relationships, and bring structure to a fast-paced environment.We''re looking for someone highly numerate, detail oriented and confident working across complex jurisdictions.
