Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an Electrical Engineer to join their engineering team and play a key role in the development of next-generation uncrewed aircraft.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced start-up environment, where they can have a genuine impact on product development and see their work progress from concept through to flight testing and deployment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop and integrate electrical systems for UAV platforms.Support the development of aircraft electrical architectures and power distribution systems.Design and review PCB layouts and electronic assemblies.Develop and integrate cable harnesses and wiring looms.Support avionics integration and system testing activities.Integrate mission payloads including sensors, cameras and communications equipment.Support system verification, troubleshooting and fault-finding activities.Work closely with mechanical, software and systems engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.Participate in ground and flight test activities where required.Experience RequiredDegree qualified in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.Experience developing electrical/electronic systems within a highly regulated or high-performance engineering environment.Knowledge ..... full job details .....
