At Yeldall Manor, we have been helping men overcome drug and alcohol addiction for 50 years through our residential rehabilitation programme and Christian recovery community. We are looking for a committed Christian leader to join our Senior Leadership Team as Head of Facilities and Estate. This is a unique opportunity to combine practical leadership, strategic oversight and Christian ministry within a charity that transforms lives every day. The Yeldall estate is far more than a collection of buildings. It is the environment where men begin their recovery journeys, encounter hope and develop the foundations for a new future. As Head of Facilities and Estate, you will lead the teams responsible for maintaining, developing and enhancing our facilities, ensuring that our buildings, grounds, services and resources support the delivery of our mission for years to come. This role is ideal for an experienced manager who can think strategically, lead people effectively and take a hands-on approach when needed. You will oversee maintenance, estates, catering, housekeeping, IT and the Coach House operation, while helping shape the future development of the Yeldall Manor site.
