Duties include: Shower service Shower head and replacement Unblock shower waste Leak investigations Pump servicing Replacement of full Mira shower units Adaptions and grab bar installation All other related multi-skilled duties/repairs Applicants require at least 4 years plumbing work history, experience of aids, adaptions and repairs contracts. Daily works are scheduled and conducted in occupied properties - therefore excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, as well as technical proficiency with handheld devices. Relevant, proven experience, a CityandGuilds/blue skills card and own tools are essential whilst own van and a full, clean UK driving licence are preferred.
