Based within a busy clinical environment, you will work alongside experienced healthcare professionals to ensure safe, effective, and person-centred care Key Responsibilities Carry out routine patient observations, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiratory rate, oxygen saturation, and blood glucose monitoring following appropriate training. Support patients with personal care needs, including washing, dressing, toileting, oral hygiene, and mobility assistance. Assist patients with eating, drinking, and nutritional support, recording intake where required. Support nurses and clinicians with basic clinical procedures and patient care activities. Assist with catheter care, pressure area prevention, and the use of mobility aids. Ensure clinical areas, equipment, beds, and treatment trolleys are prepared and maintained to a high standard.
