Responsibilities: Managing a leadership team of Shift Managers and Team leaders across 2 shifts (Double Days pattern) Analyse production data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost, and waste Maintain a safe production environment Manage resources including Rotas and employee holiday Maintain smooth operations, meeting and exceeding targets for efficiency, Quality and Wastage.
