A1 Personnel are seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance and Repairs Site Supervisor to join our client''s team in East London. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a strong trade background who is passionate about delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services to social housing residents.You will supervise and support a team of skilled operatives carrying out responsive and void repairs, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. The role requires someone proactive, technically confident, and committed to maintaining excellent service and compliance.ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise a team of multi-trade operatives delivering responsive and void repairsConduct on-site inspections to maintain quality, safety, and resident satisfactionPlan, prioritise, and manage workloads to meet KPIs and SLAsAccurately scope, price, and record repair worksProvide technical guidance and hands-on support to operatives when requiredLiaise effectively with residents, contractors, and internal teamsEnsure all health and safety and compliance procedures are followedContribute to service improvements and promote a positive, solutions-focused cultureRequirementsNVQ Level 2/3, City and Guilds qualificationProven experience supervising repairs teams within the social housing sectorStrong knowledge of repairs processesExcellent leadership, communication, and organisational skillsHands-on, proactive, and confident in managing teams
