Location: London Salary: 35,000 base salary plus commissions. Type: Full time, 4 days in office, 1 day from home. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing specialist finance business as an Internal Business Development Manager, supporting external sales colleagues and driving new business through strong broker and introducer relationships. The role is ideally suited to someone coming from a property sales background, such as estate agency, new homes, lettings or a related property focused sales role, who is looking to move into the finance side of the market. The role As an Internal Business Development Manager, you will act as a key point of contact for brokers and introducers, managing enquiries, qualifying opportunities and supporting deals through the early stages of the process. You will work closely with senior sales colleagues, gaining exposure to live transactions while building long term relationships through proactive and consistent communication. This is a commercial, relationship driven role where confidence on the phone and a strong understanding of the property market are key.
