Site Manager - Isle of Wight
My client is a large maintenance and refurbishment contractor that specialise within local authority and social housing sectors.

They are looking for a Site Manager for one of their projects, which is kitchen, bathrooms, heating upgrades, rewiring, roofing and windows and doors.

You will be reporting into a visiting Projects Manager.

The Ideal Candidate
Client is looking for a Site Manager that has a strong background running similar projects in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for managing the programme, liaising with end-client where required and managing subcontractors.

Suitable candidates must have SMSTS, CSCS, Asbestos Awareness and First Aid.
