A well-established HVAC and Building Services company is seeking an Electrical Service Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day coordination of electrical works, ensuring jobs are scheduled efficiently, contractors are kept informed and customers receive excellent service. Responsibilities Planning, scheduling and coordinating electrical works for contractors. Using internal systems to manage jobs, update records and monitor progress. Handling incoming calls, emails and customer enquiries professionally. Liaising with contractors, customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Managing appointments and ensuring works are completed within agreed timescales. Carrying out general administrative duties and maintaining accurate records. Resolving scheduling issues and responding to changes efficiently. Providing excellent customer service at all times. Requirements Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads. Confident using computers and administrative systems.
