We are excited to be recruiting for a Level 2 Floor Manager at Southbank Centre.Location:

£45,000 per annum for 40 hours per weekWorking Pattern:

5 over 7 shift pattern with shifts between 9.30am and 10pmResponsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of serviceSupervise and train a team of 4 supervisors and front of house staff to maintain a positive work environment and exceptional guest service reporting into the on site operations managerMonitor and control restaurant performance, including managing costs and maximising revenueMaintain and enhance the guest experience by handling feedback and resolving any concernsEnsure smooth communication between front and back-of-house teams for efficient service deliveryOur Ideal Candidate
