Digital Learning Officer - Fixed Term Contract to 18 months Location: Head Office - Didsbury Salary: £29,832.42 You will play a key role in shaping and improving how learning is experienced across Great Places, using the learning platform as the foundation for learning delivery, insight and engagement. You will support all forms of learning, including face to face, blended and digital learning, and will focus on making sure learning is easy to access, well embedded and supported by clear data and insight. Working closely with the People Development team, you will be involved across the full learning cycle, with opportunities to innovate, enhance systems and continuously improve how learning is delivered and experienced. What you''ll be doing Learning Platform and Digital Enablement Act as the main point of contact for Great Places'' learning platform provider (Thrive), managing day to day system queries, issues and enhancement requests. Ensure the learning platform effectively supports all learning activity, including face to face delivery, attendance management, learning assignment and reporting. Keep up to date with new platform functionality and assess opportunities to improve the experience for colleagues, managers and leaders. Promote effective use of the learning platform across the organisation, including supporting managers and leaders to use dashboards and data to monitor learning progress and completion.
