An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Maintenance Department for an experienced and driven Reliability Engineer to join the team based in Barnsley. This is a key role within the business, offering the opportunity to make a real impact on operational performance by improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and driving continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations. Working closely with Maintenance, Production, and Quality teams, you will play a leading role in identifying and mitigating risks to critical assets, developing robust maintenance strategies, and implementing best-in-class reliability practices.
