Internal Sales Account Manager Location: Witham Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Competitive (DOE) About the Role Our client specialising in creative product design and based in Witham is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Internal Sales Account Manager to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, managing multiple projects, and delivering outstanding customer service. Experience within product design, branded merchandise, print, promotional products, packaging, or a similar industry would be highly advantageous. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Respond promptly to customer enquiries and prepare accurate, competitive quotations. Manage projects from initial brief through to production and final delivery. Maximise product mix, pricing and profitability across customer accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Ensure accurate administration, reporting, and CRM system updates. Deliver exceptional customer service while identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate additional business.
