About the Role You will manage a diverse and stimulating caseload, including: Complex estate administration involving taxable estates, agricultural and business assets Succession planning, inheritance tax advice and mental capacity issues Drafting deeds of variation, declarations of trust and other key legal documents Advising high-net-worth individuals, elderly and vulnerable clients and their families Handling Court of Protection matters and supporting clients with long-term care planning This role offers exposure across the full spectrum of private client work, with opportunities to develop your expertise.
