Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager - Pre-Construction to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality projects from inception through to site commencement.The RoleWorking closely with the commercial, design and operational teams, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are fully planned, coordinated and ready for successful delivery. You will support project development from the pre-construction phase through to mobilisation, ensuring all health, safety, quality and programme requirements are in place.Key responsibilities include: Working closely with the Project Quantity Surveyor to support financial reporting and project forecasting. Developing and managing project programmes and construction methodologies. Ensuring all health and safety requirements, Construction Phase Plans and CDM obligations are in place prior to works commencing. Producing Method Statements, Risk Assessments and Safety Plans. Providing leadership, guidance and support to project teams. Managing labour resources and maintaining productivity targets. Coordinating the release of design information and materials. Managing subcontractors and supply chain partners effectively. Ensuring compliance with company quality procedures and standards.
