We are seeking an experienced and passionate Caf Barista to join our caf team.The successful candidate will have at least 2 years'' barista experience, be able to craft high-quality beverages, and provide excellent customer service. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for our customers.You will also be working alongside young people with learning disabilities, so patience, empathy, and a supportive approach are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinksMaintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and customer areasAssist with food preparation, following food safety and hygiene standardsEngage with customers in a friendly and professional mannerAccurately take orders, handle cash, and operate the tillFollow health and safety regulations and caf procedures as directed by the Caf ManagerWork collaboratively with the Caf Manager and wider team during busy periodsSkills and RequirementsStr
