We are looking for an experienced Heat Pump Engineer to join a growing renewable heating company carrying out installations, servicing and maintenance across private domestic properties throughout East and West Sussex. Key Responsibilities Install, service and maintain air source heat pump (ASHP) systems in domestic properties. Carry out commissioning of new heat pump installations. Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently. Perform planned preventative maintenance and annual servicing. Complete heating system upgrades, including cylinders, pipework and associated controls. Ensure all work complies with current regulations and manufacturer specifications. Provide excellent customer service while working in occupied residential homes. Complete digital job reports and certification accurately. Liaise with customers to explain work undertaken and provide system advice. Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment. Requirements NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and Heating (essential). G3 Unvented Hot Water qualification (essential). Previous experience installing and servicing heat pumps, ideally ASHP systems. Good knowledge of domestic heating systems and controls.
