As a Heat Pump Maintenance Engineer, you''ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and fault-finding on renewable heating and HVAC systems across residential properties throughout the South East.

This is a customer-facing role where you''ll help ensure systems continue to operate safely, efficiently, and reliably while delivering an exceptional service experience.

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance on:
  • Air Source Heat Pumps
  • MVHR systems
  • Air Conditioning systems
  • Fan Coil Units
• Diagnosing and repairing system faults
• Carrying out performance checks and system optimisation
• Completing digital service reports and maintenance records
• Advising customers on system operation and efficiency
• Identifying opportunities for upgrades or additional maintenance work
• Providing technical feedback to installation and design teams
• Ensuring all work complies with manufacturer guidelines and industry regulations

• Total salary -45,000 - -57,000
• Base saalry -40,00052,000 basic salary (DOE)
• Yearly bonus -2,000 - -5,000
