Senior Compliance Manager (Residential Building Safety and Compliance) South West London On-site Temp-to-Perm Up to £75,000 We are currently recruiting for a Senior Compliance Manager (Residential Building Safety and Compliance) to join a leading higher education organisation based in South West London. This is a senior role responsible for building safety, statutory compliance, facilities management and maintenance across a complex residential portfolio. You ll provide strategic leadership, oversee Building Safety Act and Higher-Risk Building requirements, manage compliance and assurance, and lead a team of property/facilities professionals.
