Southwark Council is seeking a dedicated Clinical Practitioner to join our Healthy Minds Thrive Team, an early intervention service focused on strengthening parent-infant relationships and promoting emotional wellbeing during a child''s early formative years. About the Role: Working within our supportive and friendly clinical services team, you''ll deliver assessments, therapeutic interventions and clinical consultations to families with children aged 0-2. Embedded across Family Hubs, Children and Family Centres and Early Help services, this role offers the chance to provide impactful mental health support where it''s needed most. Key responsibilities include: Delivering specialist clinical assessments and evidence-based interventions for infants and families with mild to moderate needs Supporting parent-infant mental health through one to one and group-based work Providing consultation, and training to a wide range of professionals across Family Hubs, Early Help and Social Care Promoting safeguarding practices and working collaboratively with key partners, including the NHS Working
