The role involves managing a varied caseload, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based therapy interventions, and contributing to service development within a structured, supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Carry out neurological assessments and develop rehabilitation plans Deliver ADL-focused and cognitive rehabilitation interventions Conduct environmental assessments and recommend equipment adaptations Apply outcome measures including FIM/FAM, CRS-R, WHIM, and TOMS Liaise with external agencies for effective discharge planning Supervise OT assistants and students Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to MDT working Essential Criteria: HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist Minimum 4 years'' post-qualifying experience Experience in neurorehabilitation or complex care settings Strong clinical reasoning and knowledge of OT frameworks Confident in working autonomously and within a team Loca
