Business Operations and Transformation Manager Worcester (Hybrid) 45,000 - 50,000k 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract We are seeking an experienced Business Operations and Transformation Manager to join a growing organisation and drive operational improvements across finance, billing and business processes. This is a hands-on role focused on improving cash collection, streamlining workflows, implementing automation and supporting operational efficiency across the business. Key Responsibilities Manage cash collection and credit control processes. Improve invoicing accuracy and billing procedures. Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities. Support customer onboarding, contract administration and renewals. Develop operational reporting, KPIs and performance dashboards. Work closely with Sales, Finance and Operations teams to improve efficiency. Skills and Experience Experience in business operations, finance operations, credit control or commercial administration. Proven track record of process improvement and operational change. Strong knowledge of CRM and finance systems. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong analytical and organisational abilities.
