A leading HVAC and Mechanical company is seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Service Engineer to join the team in the North East and Cumbria area, on a full time, permanent basis. Having been established for over 20 years they are a forward-thinking business, with an excellent reputation. You will carry out commissioning, servicing, fault finding, installing and maintaining splits, multi splits, VRV and VRF air conditioning systems along with working on ASHP and cold rooms within the North East and Cumbria area. Responsibilities Fault finding on split, multi split and VRV / VRF air conditioning systems along with cold room applications. Servicing and maintenance of split, multi split and VRV / VRF air conditioning systems. Commissioning of split, multi split and VRV / VRF air conditioning systems. Service, commissioning and fault finding of Heat Recovery ventilation systems. Dealing with emergencies and unplanned breakdowns - inclusion in out of hours call rota. Requirements Time Served fully qualified refrigeration Air Conditioning engineer. Able to demonstrate detailed knowledge and experience of Air Conditioning installations within commercial buildings. Relevant qualifications or equivalent to NVQ level 3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. Good written and verbal communication skills. Full UK driving licence.
