Your Role We have a fantastic opportunity to join our client''s prestigious bodybuilder brand as a Site Production Manager at their factory in Manchester. For this role you must have production experience in vehicle and/or fridge manufacturing/production at leadership level. As the Site Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the smooth operation of the production site. You will be responsible for managing the daily workflow, ensuring that all production targets are met while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Your expertise in lean manufacturing, workflow management, and materials control will drive continuous improvement across the site. You will also be instrumental in setting up and managing the production facility to become established, ensuring alignment with business objectives. With a strong focus on communication and team development, you will mentor and support your team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Additionally, you will work closely with key stakeholders to manage risks, optimise processes, and implement improvements to deliver results. -Day to day you will: • Oversee the daily workflow, ensuring production schedules and targets a
