The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance across all departments. This includes production, logistics, health and safety, and quality systems, with a strong focus on maintaining and improving standards in line with BRCGS (Brand Reputation Compliance Global Standards) and FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certifications.Location: Letchworth Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm or 8.00am 5.00pm.
