CLASS 2 NIGHT DRIVER - NURSLINGThe Best Connection is currently recruiting Class 2 HGV Drivers for an established food distribution client based in Nursling. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering ongoing work with the potential to secure a permanent position. Salary - 18.50 / 20.50 per hourLocation - Nursling, Southampton Start time - Early AM Details of the role: - Working on a temp to perm contract, Subject to passing trail period you will become a permanent member of staff- The shifts are early AM start between 01:00am-02:00am, average working shift is 8-10 hrs - This role is working on a 28-week rolling rota, working 4 days on and 2 days off - Paying between 18.50- 20.50 per hour with an 8 hour minimum shift- Overtime paid on weekends and bank holidays - You will be delivering Bread to a variety of customers around the SO area - All products are stacked in cages and offloaded via tail lift into the supermarket delivery area- New passes welcome, with 3-6 months class 2 commercial driving experience - Drivers must have good communication skills and be willing be to be flexible with finish times - Vehicle checks before and after each shift Requirements/Benefits:- Full Cat C Licence - Valid CPC and Digi Card - Class 2 experience driving rigid vehicles - On-site parking - Ongoing work - Good numeracy and literacy skills - Reliable and professional attitudeIf you are interested in this role, please apply today or contact Miles on (phone number removed) The Best ..... full job details .....
