OverviewInfosys is seeking an experienced

Adaptive Insights Principal Consultant

with strong leadership skills. The Principal Consultant will interact with process consultants and business SMEs to understand and analyze various processes. The role involves acting as Adaptive Insights lead and advisor, translating business requirements to a solution design, communicating complex designs to stakeholders, and seeking approvals. The candidate should be able to work in an on-shore/off-shore model with development and support teams across continents, managing delivery and driving automation opportunities.

Responsibilities

Lead Adaptive Insights initiatives and advise clients on multi-application solutions and technology landscape.

Translate business requirements into solution designs and communicate them to stakeholders for approvals.

Collaborate with process consultants and business SMEs to understand processes and drive automation opportunities.

Work in an on-shore/off-shore delivery model with global development and support teams.

Required Qualifications

Candidate may be located remotely anywhere in the US and must be willing to travel for major milestones.

Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent; work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

At least 11 years of Information Technology experience.

Must have 2 or 3 projects implementing Adaptive Insights in finance planning.

Techno-functional or functional resource with a Finance domain background.

Leverage prior EPM, CPM, and/or ERP implementation and integrations experience for multi-application solutions.

Very familiar with Adaptive tool components (Attributes, Dimensions, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

Production support – incidents, service requests resolution, problem solving, and support to integrations from Adaptive Insights to other HR and finance systems, including vendor liaison.

Enhancements / process improvements on Adaptive Insights and budgeting and planning best practices.

Document business requirements with end users and create technical solutions based on functional requirements; provide technical guidance for the Adaptive suite (design, model, configuration, troubleshooting).

Support budgets, forecasts, and reports within Adaptive Insights for Finance; analyze financial models and reports (spreadsheet/non-spreadsheet based).

Educate and guide users on effective approaches to utilizing models, tools, and data; be part of a global delivery team and lead change.

Demonstrate strong communication with management on design issues, alternatives, and risk management; ensure functionality and integrations are maintained.

Establish connections to various systems and build end-to-end integrations to extract, transform, and load data into Adaptive Insights; ensure data formatting, successful imports, and reconciliation with source systems.

Adhere to confidentiality requirements as outlined in Operating Policies; apply problem-solving skills to day-to-day Adaptive Insights issues.

Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members; experience in a global delivery model preferred.

CompensationEstimated annual compensation range for this role:

In CA / WA / NY / CO / MD / IL / MN: $114,000 to $167,000

In Washington, DC: $106,000 to $147,500
