Junior Sous Chef - Luxury Hotel - NewmarketOur client is a luxury and busy Country Hotel in the Newmarket area who are recruiting a Junior Sous Chef. You will be working with all fresh produce to prepare a la carte restaurant meals as well as weddings and functions. You will be part of a busy kitchen team and mange service and encourage junior chefs in the Executive Chef''s absence.
