This is not a traditional administrative role. It is a high-trust, high-visibility position with significant Business Assistant and Junior Chief of Staff scope. The successful candidate will operate at the centre of the firm, becoming an indispensable extension of the Managing Partner and managing the priorities, information and relationships surrounding him. The role offers direct exposure to the firm''s most important decisions, investments, fundraising activity and stakeholders. It requires someone who can anticipate requirements, exercise excellent judgement and turn ambiguity into action.
