We are seeking an experienced Supervisor with a strong trade background to oversee Kitchens and Bathrooms projects and wider refurbishment works. You''ll play a key role in managing day-to-day site operations while ensuring the highest standards of Health and Safety compliance. Coverage Area: You''ll be overseeing projects across Lambeth and Croydon, managing multiple sites within these boroughs. Your Key Responsibilities: Lead daily operations across multiple sites, ensuring full Health and Safety compliance including scaffold inspections and adherence to all legislation Supervise and motivate teams of skilled tradespeople across Kitchens and Bathrooms and wider refurbishment projects Conduct pre-start checks, work area set-up, scaffold inspections, and post-completion inspections Deliver toolbox talks, safe start meetings, and comprehensive risk assessments Liaise with clients, residents, subcontractors, and internal teams Track progress against KPIs and provide regular reports to the Contracts Manager Provide on-site guidance and support for both internal teams and subcontractors Essential Requirements: Full UK manual d
