Quantity Surveyor (Pricing / CVR / Repairs and Maintenance) South of England Flexible Location Temporary / Contract Competitive Day Rate (DOE) Long-Term Contract Opportunity We are working with a major FM and property services provider who are looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong pricing and commercial analysis background to support their social housing and public-sector maintenance contracts across the South of England. This role is ideal for a QS who enjoys the commercial engine room side of the business, with a strong focus on pricing, CVR reporting, and working to Schedules of Rates across high-volume repairs and maintenance programmes. The position offers location flexibility across the South, with a mix of office, site, and remote working depending on project needs. Role Overview You will play a key role in ensuring accurate pricing, strong cost visibility, and commercial control across multiple housing maintenance and FM workstreams. Working closely with operational and commercial teams, you ll support decision-making through robust CVR, forecasting, and margin protection.
