The Role
As a Geotechnical Director, you will lead and grow the geotechnical function, oversee project delivery, and support business development. The Geotechnical Director will manage client relationships, provide technical leadership, and contribute to strategic growth across the South East England region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead geotechnical projects from concept through to delivery
• Develop and grow a geotechnical team
• Drive business development and client engagement
• Provide technical oversight and quality assurance

Requirements

• Proven experience in a team-leading geotechnical role (Principal/Associate/Director level)
• Strong commercial awareness and business development capability
• Chartered or working towards chartership
• Full UK driving licence
• Full right to work in the UK
• Must live in or near to Guildford area
