This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and growing business at their Head Office in Knowsley as a Sales Executive. Working within a warm sales environment, you''ll engage with existing customers and inbound enquiries, helping to grow accounts and maximise sales opportunities.

Whether you''ve gained experience in retail, customer service, telesales, account management or an entry-level sales role, this position offers structured training, ongoing coaching, and a clear pathway into senior sales and commercial positions.

As a Sales Executive, you will:

• Manage and develop relationships with existing customers via phone and email
• Handle inbound enquiries and convert opportunities into sales
• Identify additional products and services that add value to customer accounts
• Build long-term customer relationships and support account growth
• Prepare quotations, discuss pricing, and negotiate where appropriate
• Open and manage customer credit and spending accounts
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service
• Consistently work towards and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
